These terms govern use of the GLOED online store and, when orders open, purchases made through it. GLOED is a brand being developed in Alberta, Canada. Contact us at elwintenhove@gmail.com or through our contact page. The store is powered by Shopify.

Products and orders

The first collection is in development and is not yet available to order. The current product previews use supplier footage. Final specifications, battery choices and prices will be confirmed before launch. Product specifications, included components, compatibility, safety instructions and final prices will be stated on the product pages when sales open. Read the final product description and included-items list before placing an order.

When orders open, prices will be in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be shown before you pay. We may correct a clear error in price or availability and contact you before fulfilling an affected order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; if we cannot accept or fulfill it, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

Use and safety

Use GLOED products only as directed in the instructions supplied with the final product. Use only a compatible power source, keep electrical components dry, and discontinue use if a product or battery appears damaged or overheats. Product-specific warnings and care directions supplied with the product take priority over general website descriptions.

Returns, shipping and privacy

Our return policy and shipping policy describe the processes that apply when orders are available. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Website content

GLOED branding, text and original website content are provided for personal shopping and informational use. Please do not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party links may lead to sites with their own terms and policies.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to applicable law. These terms do not restrict any non-waivable consumer rights. The laws of Alberta and applicable federal laws of Canada govern these terms.

Pre-orders

When available, a pre-order offer will identify the product, what is included, the payment required and the estimated dispatch window before you pay. Joining the launch list is not a pre-order, takes no payment and does not reserve stock. See our shipping and returns policies for timing and cancellation information.
